• Detect when the driver stops at rest areas
• Trigger passenger re-check notifications
• Improve operational safety and service quality

Location data is not used for advertising or shared with external parties. It is used only within Cititrans’ internal operational systems.

• Tracking the route during trips to ensure trip compliance
• Identifying rest area stops via geofencing
• Sending prompts to the driver to re-verify passengers before leaving a rest area
