Flat Rates for Bicycle Baggage

Great news for cycling enthusiasts! Cititrans is introducing a flat rate for bicycle shipments across all routes within Java:

• Regular Bicycle: Rp150,000
• Electric Bicycle (E-Bike): Rp200,000

Note: These rates apply to all bicycle models, including folding bikes, road bikes, MTBs, BMX, and more.

Zonal Rates for Motorcycle Baggage

For those wishing to transport a motorcycle, Cititrans Busline is ready to accommodate your vehicle, provided the maximum height does not exceed 105 cm. Shipping rates are determined by your engine capacity (cc) and your travel route.

Departure & Destination Regions: We provide vehicle baggage shipping for routes across the following areas:

• Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) & West Java: Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerang, Bekasi, Karawang, Bandung.
• Central Java: Semarang, Salatiga, Solo, Yogyakarta, Klaten, Sragen.
• East Java: Ngawi, Madiun, Surabaya, Malang.

Terms, Conditions & Requirements

General Baggage Rules:

• This service applies to the shipment of regular bicycles, electric bicycles, and motorcycles via the baggage compartments of our Busline fleet on available routes.
• Important Policy Update: For Busline services, all bicycle shipments are now strictly subject to a fee. The previous policy offering free bicycle shipping if the passenger carried no other baggage will be officially discontinued as of August 24, 2026. Fares will apply regardless of whether the passenger is carrying additional luggage.
• Each vehicle unit is counted as a single shipment and will follow the available bus departure schedules.
• Given the spatial limitations of our fleet, the acceptance of bicycle and motorcycle shipments is highly dependent on the actual baggage capacity available on the date and time of departure.
• Unaccompanied Shipping Surcharge: To support our on-site handling operations, vehicles shipped without an accompanying passenger will incur an additional charge on top of the base fare: Rp20,000 per unit for regular and electric bicycles, and Rp50,000 per unit for motorcycles.

Administrative Requirements for Motorcycles:

• The sender MUST present and bring the ORIGINAL Vehicle Registration Certificate (STNK).
• Engine capacity will be verified based on the data stated in the STNK.
• Accepted motorcycle types include automatic (matic), underbone (bebek), Vespa, and sport bikes. (Note: Three-wheeled motorcycles are strictly excluded).
• The sender MUST adhere to Cititrans Busline’s standard operating procedures by removing the rearview mirrors, windshield visor, and storage box prior to shipment.

How to Book Your Slot

• Traveling with your vehicle? If you already have a departure ticket, you can contact Cititrans Customer Service or a partner agent to book and pay for your bicycle or motorcycle baggage slot.
• Shipping your vehicle unaccompanied? If you are not traveling alongside your bicycle/motorcycle package, you may visit a Cititrans Pool or partner agent directly to reserve your vehicle's slot.
